Jennifer WardenJenn was first introduced to yoga while playing varsity lacrosse for Yale University. She found the practice to be an invaluable complement to her training regimen, aiding in the body’s restoration and ultimately helping to keep her healthy and injury-free for her entire four year playing career. Upon graduating with a degree in History, Jenn moved to Martha’s Vineyard in the summer of 2009, where she began to expand her yoga practice from a purely athletic endeavor to a pursuit of mind, body, and spirit connection. In the fall of 2010 she completed her 200-hour teacher training program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. It was there that she met Kim Moon, owner/founder of Bella Luna Yoga, and began working with the company in January 2010 as the program coordinator for the newly launched Club Med Academy of Yoga in Sandpiper Bay, Florida. jennifer@bellalunayoga.com
